We accept payments through Razorpay, UPI, Debit/Credit cards and Net Banking. All payment transactions are encrypted and handled by the payment gateway. Failed transactions and related refunds are processed according to the bank or payment gateway policies.

4. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Pathak Solar Solutions reserves the right to cancel or modify any order at our discretion (for example due to stock unavailability or incorrect pricing).

5. Delivery & Installation

Delivery lead times depend on product availability and customer location. Installation dates will be scheduled in coordination with the customer. Any delivery or installation date communicated is an estimate and not a guaranteed date unless explicitly stated.

6. Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply as specified for each product. Warranty does not cover physical damage, improper use, unauthorized modification, or defects arising from external causes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pathak Solar Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
